When I think of Arden Arcade area I immediately think of Watt Ave and Fair Oaks Blvd. However that is where Arden Arcade starts. It is an established region with mature trees and houses build in the 30s and 40s. It has a variety of housing from low income to the most expensive homes in the region. Here are the areas that I love and are also the most exclusive in Sacramento County:

Loomis, “is the best little town in California” due to its friendly and family oriented atmosphere. Located in the foothills of Sierra Nevada, Loomis still retains its rural aspects with large residential lots and many custom built homes.

Fair Oaks is approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Sacramento. A city with great parks, schools, biking trails and recreational activities.

A progressive city with just the right mix of businesses, recreation and entertainment. Priding itself as the 9th highest total retail sales of all cities in California.

Encounter breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Sacramento Valley and Folsom Lake.

Rocklin is known for its high quality of life, great schools and recreational activities. According to NerdWallet article from December 2015, Rocklin is one of the top 10 cities to live in Northern California.

The "Beverly Hills" of the area with some of the Sacramento area's finest and most exclusive million-dollar homes, horse properties and mansions with great views of the Folsom lake.
